What We’re All About

I have been passionate about baking since I was little. In the picture of me, I am beginning my baking journey. Over the years, I have dreamt of owning my own bakery. The name, The Midnight Bakery, all started with my family calling me the midnight baker at the start of covid. Usually, I would begin my baking late at night after school and soccer practice once the whole family was asleep. They would wake up in the morning to the smell of dozens of cookies on the kitchen table and they would comment that "the midnight baker struck again". I have been perfecting these recipes by sharing my baked goods with others in exchange for input on how they could be even more delicious. Now I would like to share my baked goods with you.
